Mr. Siddhartha Dave, Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, graduated from NLSIU Bangalore and enrolled with the Bar in 1997. He has appeared in numerous criminal and civil cases. He has been vocal about various matters, including the Uniform Civil Code, and has assisted the Supreme Court on several issues as amicus curiae. He is a valuable voice on matters related to the judiciary, including the ongoing debate on the collegium system.
Ms. Archana Pathak Dave, Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Rajasthan University, and holds an LLM from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Rajasthan. With nearly 18 years of legal practice, she represents the Union of India and the State of Gujarat before the Supreme Court. Her involvement in landmark cases such as the Permanent Commission for Women in the Indian Army, KS Puttaswamy, and Prakash Singh v. Union of India highlights her commitment to constitutional values and judicial integrity, key elements in the debate on judicial appointments.
