Dr. Namrata gupta is an Assistant professor at CLC, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She completed her B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from Allahabad University in 2011 and her LL.M. from WBNUJS(Kolkata) in 2014. She was awarded her provisional Ph.D. in 2018 from Allahabad University on the topic “Sickness and insolvency of companies: A critical analysis of insolvency laws in India.” She joined Faculty of law, as Assistant Professor in March 2018 and since then has taught subjects like law of torts, law of contract, election law and taxation laws. She has attended various Conference Organization/ Presentations and participated in numerous workshops in India and Switzerland.
