Dr. Neetu is an Assistant Professor at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She did her B.A. LL.B.(2004) from Punjabi University Patiala. She has an LL.M. in Criminal Law(2007) and a Ph. D.(2017) in WTO and Settlement of Dispute :A Study in the Context of Law on Intellectual Property Rights.
She has over ten years of teaching experience and previously taught law at Bhai Gurdas College of Law(Punjab,) and at Punjabi University Patiala, where she taught Family Law, CPC, company law, Evidence Act, and Interpretation of Statutes as an Assistant Professor.
Joining the Faculty of Law in 2018, she teaches CPC, Criminal Law, and International Institutions. International Trade Law, IPR, Her articles published in national journals and peer reviews on “Rights of Accused and Attitude of Judiciary”, “The WTO: Basic Principles and Functions”, Emergence of Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, “ Adjudication of Copyright Disputes Under TRIPs” etc. She also presented papers in various National and International seminars on topics: Emergence of Intellectual Property Rights and the Role of Law”, WTO As A Guide to The Global Corporate World”, “Trafficking of Women and Forced Prostitution An Indian Perspective” held at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (PB).
